PREDALIENBOT - creates

PRAETORIANBOT - creates

XENOBORG - creates a
Xenoborg in front of player.
Note:
Creating bots may cause crashes and unexpected game behavior.
For a bot to be created, its model must exist in the current
level. Many bots aren't; however, the models can be forced
to be loaded through a command line option. Add "-l" followed
by a list of letters corresponding to the characters you
want to load:
a
- Alien
m - Colonial Marine
p - Predator
c - Civilian
x - Xenoborg
t - Praetorian
r - Predalien
For example:
"E:\Program Files\Fox\Aliens versus Predator\AvP.exe"
-lxc -debug will cause both the Civilian and the Xenoborg
models to be loaded (in addition to any characters that
would get loaded for the level anyway).
Note that
all the letters must be in lower case, and that "-l" on
its own will still cause the Alien to be loaded.
These
cheats can be used without debug mode -- but it needs you
to achieve a certain goal in a mission to turn them on.
It also must be accomplished in Realistic or Director's
Cut skill level.
Alien
Episode I - Temple
Cheat:
Sniper Munch
Objective:
Ten live civilian head bites
Alien
only. It lets you do long distance head-bite attacks - a
ranged weapon for the Alien. The best way to get this cheat
is make sure the civilians throw their Molotov cocktails
away first, and don't hit themselves, then wait for them
to cower and pick them off. Don't forget the ones locked
in the cages!
Alien
Episode II -
Escape
Cheat:
Nausea
Objective:
Complete the level in under two minutes
This cheat
is very fittingly named. The entire screen waves about,
and will probably give you motion sickness before too long.
Alien
Episode III -
Ferarco
Cheat:
Pipecleaner
Objective:
Fifteen dead civilian head-bites
This
cheat is quite interesting. It's not just stick figures
(as you might believe) but actual pipe cleaners wrapped
around for enemies. Nice touch!
Alien
Episode IV -
Gateway
Cheat:
Motion
Blur
Objective:
Complete the level in under four minutes and with an average
speed of more than nine meters-per-second
Motion
blur makes everything that moves, blurry. To get it, know
the level and run!
Alien
Episode V -
Earthbound
Cheat:
Mirror
Objective:
One live Predator head-bite
This
makes the level mirrored left/right.
Colonial
Marine Episode I -
Derelict
Cheat:
John
Woo Mode
Objective:
Eighty-percent head shots
That
means eigthy-percent of your hits are head shots, or eighty
percent of your kills are by removing the head - not sure
which.
Colonial
Marine Episode II -
Colony
Cheat:
Grenade
Objective:
Forty-percent accuracy
You start
the game with ninety-nine Grenades in your Pulse Rifle,
no bullets, and cannot pick up any other gun (except Pulse
Rifles to add to your grenades).
Colonial
Marine Episode III -
Invasion
Cheat:
Warp
Speed
Objective:
Finished in under four minutes
The name
says it all. It's not impossible to get, but you need to
know the level and have a little luck on your side
to get it.
Colonial
Marine Episode IV -
Orbital
Cheat:
Land
of the Giants
Objective:
Less than twenty shots
Makes
you very titchy, but apparently you're still just as deadly
and perform about, as well.
Colonial
Marine Episode V -
Tyrargo
Cheat:
Slug
Trail
Objective:
Thirty-two Alien kills
All Alien
enemies start with a missing leg - they crawl around with
a trail of blood behind them.
Predator
Episode I -
Waterfall
Cheat:
Pigsticking
Objective:
Eighty-percent accuracy
The speargun
has infinite ammo and shoots about a dozen or so spears
at a time in a shotgun-like spread.
Predator
Episode II -
Area 52
Cheat:
Super Gore
Objective:
Twenty-five Colonial Marine trophies
I'm not
one-hundred percent sure what it does, but I believe it
makes kills much more bloody.
Predator
Episode III -
Vaults
Cheat:
Disco Inferno
Objective:
Complete the level with under one-hundred-percent damage
All the
walls will glow in bright multi-coloured patterns.
Predator
Episode IV -
Fury 161
Cheat:
Balls of Fire
Objective:
Forty Alien kills
Your enemies
are made out of flames with this cheat - useful for seeing
them in the dark. To get this cheat, just take your time
in the first part of the level - explore a bit - and kill
all Aliens you see.
Predator
Episode V -
Caverns
Cheat:
Rainbow Blood
Objective:
Spotted less than fifteen times
The cheat
makes the blood, lights, smoke, etcetera constantly change
in a rainbow of colors.
Alien
Bonus II -
Derelict
Cheat:
Impossible Mission
Objective:
Twenty live Colonial Marine head-bites
You take
more damage. Somehow, I don't see that qualifying as a "cheat".
Colonial
Marine Bonus I -
Temple
Cheat:
Free Fall
Objective:
Complete the level with under 100% damage
This cheat
makes the level to spin out of control - it doesn't spin
quickly, it only causes gravity to be variable. A wall could
be a floor from one minute to the next. It makes things
rather difficult. The Alien will suffer the least so long
as he keeps clinging to the walls, the Predator will not
be hurt by long drops, and the poor Marine will get the
sour end.
Colonial
Marine Bonus II -
Vaults
Cheat:
Under Water
Objective:
Complete the level with under sixty-percent damage
An interesting
option. It makes things a little wavy, adds a bluish tint,
and makes you fall slower. It is like you are under water.
Predator
Bonus I -
Invasion
Cheat:
Ticker Tape
Objective:
Fifteen Alien trophies
This makes
Alien enemies have a trail (like the Predator's disc). It
can only be used by Marine and Predator, and only on levels
with Aliens.
Predator
Bonus II -
Escape
Cheat:
TripTastic
Objective:
Ten Civilian trophies
This
makes everything on the screen wavy, transparent and
change colors like a rainbow, like an LSD trip (we wonder
what the Rebellion
team liked to get up to in their teens).
