Commentary:
The Acolyte: For defining purposes, the four selections refer to one setting -- and one only. This means, no breaks other than running to relieve yourself, or to fetch some snack food to shove in your mouth as you hack away at the minions of Diablo and his brothers.
Gheed: Could someone really play for over five hours straight? I'd think they'd have to have serious brain damage-- or at least be gaining some from this. With no meals, they'd be so crabby, too.
The Acolyte: Well, there are some very dedicated players out there. You can really tell the level of dedication out there, since teams of players actually formed around characters-- GERBarb and RUSSBarb, for example.
Gheed: Sure, they're dedicated, but they don't spend half their day on Diablo II.
The Acolyte: Wait... you're complaining that people are playing Diablo II that long? That just means more business for you!
Gheed: Sure, business is always booming at Gheed's, but it's still hard to see characters pushed so far by their players; they basically crawl up to my shop and fall over from the lack of sleep. It does (slightly) impare their ability to hand over their gold.
The Acolyte: And you wonder why people mix your name up with "greed."
