Ho-Ho-Ho! I think things are finally starting to settle down around the Diablo world since the 1.10 patch has been out. A few of the old timers have even come back out of the wood work, 'Who will be at PDF until the end?' - One Year After. Many of the people who said they would return when 1.10 came have. Now the question is "Who will be here next year?" So we can do it again.

As a whole I do not read a lot of the fan fiction here... not that is not good but that I have college text books I should be reading... hehehe. But I have to give an honorable mention to one story that I have really really enjoyed. M'avina's Song is a great story in the works by a new member named Permafrost. I would highly recommend going reading this story as it just keeps getting better and better.

In the last SotF I talked about how rares have been vastly improved here is an example from Davinci. Man, that is one awesome sword... I hope he posts a now picture of it when he upgrades it. I would say that it would easily be comparable to a Grandpa or a Doomie. What would be a good thing to socket it with though? (Sondan wonders away pondering.)

In this, our Holiday SotF, I decided in advance to get a better understanding as to what folks want for X-mas, Chanukah, Kwanzaa, etc. Go voice your opinion. Most people seem to want nice new cameras, pc's, and of course the new and improved Forum Auto-Spammer made famous by our man Xisor... and you thought all those posts were actually made by a human being... tsk tsk.

Getting in the Christmas spirit these days wasn't really difficult as in my part of the world, we were hit with a Blizzard that dropped 28 inches of snow. I don't think I've ever had to shovel my driveway more times than I did this past weekend and my back paid the price for it. I was too sore to even play some D2!

Go re-live your past with this gem from the days of yore (well back in my day anyway) with this thread. Although most would have preferred a Mario or a Zelda; give me a duck and a cheesy plastic gun any day.

Lastly just wanted to wish the forums a happy and healthy holiday.
