Version 1.10 Items

Among the immense amount of changes that version 1.10 is making to Diablo II and Lord of Destruction, one of the most important and largest updates is to items, including equipment and supplemental items. The officially announced additions and changes are "enhanced" class-specific item sets, new unique items and unique item properties, revamped unique items, new rune word item and Horadric Cube recipes, improved treasure drops and quest rewards, and better gambling odds. There are also new unique class-specific items.

Horadric Cube Recipes

There are 40 new cube recipes in version 1.10, but no new Crafted Item Recipes.

Rune Item Recipes

There are 20 new high-level rune word item recipes in the game's largest patch. Get the recipes!

Unique Equipment

Around 100 new unique items are added to the game by version 1.10, and those that were previously available in-game have been revamped.

Item Sets

Most of the item sets from classic Diablo II and the expansion set have been revamped, with new and modified effects on individual set items as well as new full set bonuses.

Unique Jewels

Blizzard North is not only updating tons of unique equipment with the version 1.10 patch. This upgrade includes unique Jewels for Lord of Destruction players.

Class-Specific Items

New types of class-specific items are not a part of version 1.10, but there will be several new unique class-specific items.

Treasure Drops and Quest Rewards

Version 1.10 improves treasure drop rates on normal monsters as well as superunique boss monsters, and quests have better rewards.
