Co-host of "Sissy & Eggbert", Eggbert is a Pulitzer Prize-winning Wolfenstein film critic and has been working
for the Zombie Sun-Times since 1967. Eggbert is the author of 15 books, including "Great Wolfenstein Movies,"
"Eggbert's Wolfenstein Movie Yearbook," "I Hated, Hated, HATED This Wolfenstein Movie," the Norton anthology "Eggbert's Book of Wolfenstein Film," and the best-selling "Eggbert's Bigger Little Wolfenstein Movie Glossary".
Sissy: At the top of this week's edition of Sissy & Eggbert we'd like to feature "Forever Rage", a movie by MerlinatoR, starring Marcus "Rage" Welfare. While this Return to Castle Wolfenstein movie may not be an epic piece of video mastery, it is a tribute to one of the Wolfenstein community's fallen soldats.
Eggbert: I thought the song selected for this video was quite appropriate, it suited the tribute well.
Sissy: Yup. Overall a very nice tribute video. The movie starts off with frag highlights, and it becomes quite touching towards the end as MerlinatoR and friends say goodbye to Rage.
Sissy: Our second movie today comes from antman. I liked the intro to this flick, the old radio footage really kicked things off well and set the stage for battle.
Eggbert: Yeah, I liked that too. It was pretty cool dude. Like hang ten and stuff.
Sissy: WTH?
Eggbert: I'm going to California for holiday, I'm learning how to talk "surfer".
Sissy: Well how about you learn on your own time? This is Sissy & Eggbert time, not EGGBERT TIME. You ass.
Eggbert: Hey dude, like chill out you know, it's cool. Don't be stressin'.
Sissy: Whatever, just keep your surfboard and nose plugs off the casting couch. So, ET4Fun starts off rather fun with the radio broadcast. Soundtrack is adequate I suppose, half of the songs played I enjoyed. Graphics, again, adequate but nothing spectacular. Effects were minimal, nothing overly fancy. But they did try to keep a movie-like flow going with this one. The ending was quite nice and did an above average job of ending the "story" portion of the video.
Eggbert: Dude... I mean Sissy! Don't bite my head off, I need it so I can check out the bikini babes in Cali. I have trouble playing MP4s. Tell these people to do AVIs or something!
Sissy: I think you just told them yourself.
Eggbert: Ah, that's cool dude! HAHA! HANG TEN SUCKAH! I don't have anything else to say, so I can talk surfer talk again because I don't care if you yell at me. Average movie, I'm out of here. Time to catch a wave and sit on top of the world!
Sissy: Alright Mister Beach Boys. Get out of here, you're a useless sack of bones anyway.
Eggbert: Hey, that's not nice. Pass me the sunscreen.
Sissy: OUT! (He's not really going to California, he's heading out the Castle pool to catch a glimpe of Helga in her bathing suit!)
Eggbert: FINE!
Sissy: I actually agree with Eggbert. ET4Fun was an average movie. Nothing to write home about, but if you enjoy frag flicks then it's certainly worth a download (assuming you can play MP4s okay). Until next time, this is Sissy (and Eggbert) saying see you at the movies!
