Sissy: Today we take a look at a new video from Prophecy Pictures. It was a rather large download, weighing in at over 200MB, and it runs 8.5 minutes in length. So let's start at the beginning then! Average intro with some special effects, but also includes the standard run through Gold Rush which I've seen so many times now in movies. They continue to move through other levels, accompanied by movie style music. What I mean by movie style music is that the tune sets you up with the feeling that you are about to watch a big screen production.
Eggbert: HATED IT!
Sissy: You haven't even watch it yet.
Eggbert: I'm just getting warmed up.
Sissy: Very well. The action starts off fast and furious, while playing in the background what is apparently the Saw theme song.
Eggbert: LOVED IT!
Sissy: Loved what?
Eggbert: Saw.
Sissy: We're not here to review Saw, we're here to review Giftymovie2.
Eggbert: Oh, well in that case... HATED IT!
Sissy: Frags were decent, they switch levels quite often, use of FX is moderate but sometimes oddly placed. The video includes a small clip from South Park, and while the clip was amusing, it seemed quite out of place in the movie.
Eggbert: Ohh South Park. LOVED IT!
Sissy: *SIGH* I suppose I should be happy, this is the most you've contributed since we started the column. The film also includes some match shoutcasting, which again, seemed a bit out of place.
Eggbert: HATE YOU!
Sissy: Good. Now let's get down to the nitty gritty here... If you're looking for one frag movie to download this week, Giftymovie2 should do the job, since it's the smallest download out of all of last week's releases and offers up some decent frags. However, it just seemed a bit all over the place for me. With South Park and Shoutcasting coming out of no where, and a soundtrack that didn't appear to have any sort of theme to tie it together. I suppose I would have to say that this film won't be making it in to my Top 10 list.
Eggbert: HATED IT!
Sissy: Of course you did. With all said and done, I'm going to give Giftymovie2 one boner up. It was entertaining enough to watch all the way through, but the inconsistencies annoyed me a bit.
Eggbert: A semi from me, because I... HATED IT! HA!
Sissy: You didn't hate it.
Eggbert: I love annoying you.
